This Web File Transfer Portal ("Portal") is a public Internet service that allows secure exchange of large files between the "Uploader" and one or multiple "Downloaders". The Portal is created and operated by Voxility ("Service Operator") on behalf of "Brand".

Every time you access this service, the Service Operator logs your IP address and the URL of page you access. This is nothing unusual and it is part of how Internet web servers work. The Service Operator uses the data only to debug issues or to create statistics of how the service is used. The Brand has access to IP addresses only if he chooses so.

The files the Uploader load into system are encrypted by his computer browser using a random or a chosen password. At all times, the content or the name of the files are unreadable by anyone, including Service Operator or the Brand, except the person who has the download link and the password. The Downloader browser will decrypt the files on his computer after a full download.

If the Brand opt to disable the encryption feature, files can be read by Service Operator during the period they are stored on server. While this obviously does not happen, the Uploader should be aware of this possibility whenever the encryption password is not requested. The Brand disabled the feature to be able scan the files for viruses in the download process. Files stored on servers are automatically deleted after 15-30 days.

The Brand has the choice to limit who uses the Portal by requiring Uploaders and Downloaders to authenticate or be recognized as Brand's Employees. The purpose of this feature is to limit illegal or malitious use of the Portal, but has as effect the collection of Uploader or Downloader email addresses and to identify which Uploader or Downloader is his Employee.

Email addresses are available to Brand and Service Provider in the file transfer logs. The only purpose Service Provider might use them is to contact you to debug a file transfer issue. The Brand might use them accordingly to his Privacy Policy (that includes GDPR requirements) listed on his main website.

The Service Provider keeps the logs for 2 years. During this period he will able to track a past transfer using the information collected at that time and detailed in full above.
